Well,thank you for all the comments.I'm really so happy to know that many women are Ok being second wife but I decided to break up .I dont know if it was the best to me but I'll wait for a muslim man who will share his life just with me.As I'm still so young ,studying yet,I'll let the marriage for another momment.I'm sure that Allah will bless my decision because I gave up this relationship just after to pray so much.This site has been a real blessing on internet.May Allah bless you ,sisters and brothers.Allah hafiz.

Just read about the woman who was Christian, converted to Muslim and has found a man that she is totally in love with. Am going through the same situation myself. A sister shared this advice with me and I hope it helps you. Know in your heart and by the grace of allah that when you and your husband can't be together that your sister is there to keep him focused and guided on the right path. Another sister told me that the love the three of you will share is a precious gift from Allah and it is something that is to be treasured.

Being second wife is problematic even for the born Muslim women. At least in India, Pakistan and Bengla Desh, the women and their families avoid to give their hands to the person who is already married.
In Pakistan, there are laws which prohibit second marriage without free consent of the first wife before the local authorities.
Even Muslim scholars differ on the second marriage of a man in the presence of first wife. Some consider it permissible while some don't.
However, in your particular situation, you have to think again and again whether you can afford to share your husband with your lover's first wife.
