for my advice it is not acceptable the man can have more wife no way ,is rubbish rule in Islam

Polygamy in Islam has almost contradictory views of different scholars of Islam. Whatever excuses they may offer, a second marriage of husband is valid as per Islamic jurisprudence is concerned.
Status of marriage in the country of your abode is another question. It depends upon local laws which may term such marriage illegal and even cause you punishment. But Islam does not prohibit 2nd marriage (some say in certain situations).
